we offer levels of service specific to your needs and the size of your event. If you have any questions or require a service not listed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Basic Service
FREE
Our most basic level of service includes a free consultation where we discuss your vision for your event in person and hand-pick your rentals together.
The rest of this service is customizable. You can add on a setup, or you can do the setup on your own. Delivery is not included and will incur an additional fee.
setup service
CUSTOMIZED QUOTE
Our setup service means less stress for you on the day of your event. We will show up, set up all of your rentals, and ensure approval before we leave.
This does not include a breakdown unless specifically discussed.
Pricing will be quoted based on the number of guests, the number of and type of rentals, and time estimated for setup.
sourcing service
BILLED HOURLY
Nifty is always on the lookout for new inventory, but sometimes we do not have the type or quantity that you need.
If we think we can find exactly what you are looking for, sourcing services are available. This would include going to different flea markets, estate sales, etc and spending time finding the perfect fit for your event.
This service will be billed hourly, and if we don’t find what you need, you will not be charged.
Please note that none of these options include our $150 delivery fee or our 10% cleaning and breakage fee. Delivery will happen at a discussed time one day before your event, and pickup will happen at a discussed time one day after your event. If you can pickup and drop off your items yourself, there will be no fee!
We are currently only delivering to Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth, Bristol, Tiverton, Jamestown, Narragansett, and North Kingstown. If you live outside of these areas, contact us to discuss a potential delivery and alternative fee.
